MXR Custom Badass ’78 - Analogue Distortion Pedal

The Custom Badass 78 pedal features a hot-rodded classic distortion pedal circuit which has gives you huge classic distortion sounds at the push of a switch as well as a crunch button for the times when you want a really huge classic tube-amp style distortion sound. Push the crunch button and unlock additional crunchy harmonic tones from your pedal.

With only 3 dials to worry about, the Custom Badass doesn't take a degree in electrical engineering to operate. Twist, stomp and rock.

    About MXR

MXR was founded in New York in 1972 and has become synonymous with great sounding guitar effects pedals. An early fan of MXR was Eddie Van Halen who used the MXR Phase 90 on the first two Van Halen albums. MXR have a simple approach to making guitar stomp boxes... Great circuitry, rugged construction and a no-nonsense approach to the controls. MXR make simple to use pedals which sound amazing which is why they have become a common feature in the setup of most guitar heroes since the 70's.
